Review: Euro Truck Simulator 2

Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a truck driver simulation game. In this game, you act as a truck driver loading goods from one place to another. You can then also create your truck drivers organization to make a profit from shipping goods. The map of this game is situated in Europe from The United Kingdom to the East countries, like Poland.

COMPLEXITY
If you are looking for a good truck driver simulation game, this game is complex enough to satisfy your need. This game offers you:

• A real truck driver simulation experience. You control your truck on your driver seat with steer, rear view mirror, blinkers, lights, and even you can also set the transmission to be manual. It is a little bit hard but it is fun if you already get used to it. There is also a wiper if the weather is rainy.
• Driver laws that you have to obey. You have to pay attention to your speed limit whether you are in the city or on the highway, obey the traffic light (not like in the GTA of course), and turn on the night lamp if it's already night. Failed to obey will cause you to pay fine. You also have to pay the toll fee if you are using the highway.

• Stamina level. You as the driver has a stamina and you have to rest if you are getting tired. You can't push yourself to be on the road all night but you have to find a place for truck drivers to rest.
• Limited fuel. Your truck can move with fuel in it. If you have traveled for many kilometers, you have to refuel your truck so it won't stop because of running out of fuel. You can refuel in the gas stations that spread along the highways.
• To manage your truck company. You can buy a garage for your truck. You can hire a driver and of course buy/sell your truck. You can even customize or make an improvement to your truck, such as horn, lights, engines, etc.

MULTIPLAYER
The multiplayer feature is also great. But this feature doesn't exist in-game. Instead, you have to use a mod to play in multiplayer. You can visit TruckersMP to download the mod. Here are the things about the multiplayer:

• There are about 4000 players at maximum in the server and you will find it crowded if you visit a city because many players are in there. That is some a sort of excitement because you kind of feels not alone.

• But if you have already left the town, things are not crowded anymore. It is so quiet, but it doesn't mean that you won't meet other players. It is just less often you will find them on the road. Sometimes, other players will form a convoy to another city.

• And one other interesting thing is you can talk to them with push-to-talk or you can also chat them.

GRAPHIC

What I can tell about this game's graphic is just fine. Nothing that can satisfy your visual needs, but it isn't bad either. The cities in the game are simplified. So you won't feel like Paris vibe much instead just, okay this is Paris then. But beyond that, everything is good though. The inside view, the road, the car, and many others are good.

ADDITIONAL

• Another thing that you should know about this game is not all the cities in this game are exist. Cities in West and Southern France, Scandinavian, and Italy have not existed yet. You have to buy other DLCs to make that all exist in your map.
• This game can also become a music player. So you can listen to your favorite songs while you are playing this game.

COMMENT
This game is perfect for you who loved in modifying a car or an automotive lover or maybe like to be a truck driver. Because it could be a repetitive pattern when you have to deliver goods from time to time. However, if you are looking for a game to entertain yourself with your friends, then this game is not a bad choice because of its great multiplayer feature. This game is also good for you if you just get tired after work and looking for an excitement because it is a type of game when you play it in relax. You can also play music while you are riding to ship your goods. I usually play this game when I want to remember a song lyric. But this game does not match for you who are looking for a challenge.
